Ltd., we believe a quiet reading environment should respect your personal data just as thoughtful architecture respects its terrain. This privacy statement explains what minimal information is processed when you read our essays or correspond with our editors.

1. Zero Hidden Tracking Profiles

Our website is built as a static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript publication. We do not embed third-party behavioural advertising networks, cross-site fingerprinting pixels, or automated social media trackers. When you use our Field Note Drafting Tool, all text formatting occurs locally inside your browser’s memory and is never uploaded to a database.

2. Standard Web Server Logs

Like all web hosting infrastructure, our server records standard HTTP access logs necessary to deliver pages and defend against automated abuse. These logs contain the requested page URL, timestamp, browser user-agent string, referring page, and truncated IP address. Server logs are rotated and deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. Direct Email Correspondence

If you write to us at [email protected], we retain your email address, name, and message solely to reply to your inquiry or credit your architectural field note (with your explicit permission). We never sell, rent, or trade correspondence lists with third parties.

4. Your Rights & Contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal correspondence held by our editorial desk at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request."
